Bergen Honors Association

1. I was checking out Georgetown's Transfer page. There they state:

"Georgetown welcomes transfer applications from students who have... completed one full-time semester of at least 12 credits at the college level."

Does that mean that you can't have been a part-time student for your entire career at Bergen? That for at least one semester, you must have been full-time?

2. And, in Response to the BCC Honors Program Articulation Agreements section of the Website-- what tha heck is a "Presidential Recommendation"?

Confused...,

Hello Francesca,

It is my understanding you are eligible to transfer to Georgetown if you have completed at least one semester as a full-time student, taking at least 12 college level credits. it is not required that you are or were a full-time student throughout your entire BCC academic career.

Yes, I Understand Transfer.

What I DON'T understand is: The Georgetown Articulation Agreement with BCC.

It is Defined on the BCC Articulation Agreement Website as a ""Presidential Recommendation."
And, What is This "Presidential Recommendation" They Speak Of?
